Extend an affiliate program in SliceWP
SliceWP Premium is a paid upgrade to the WordPress affiliate plugin SliceWP. The base plugin tracks visits and commissions, manages affiliate applications and accounts, and prepares payouts. It integrates with WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads, as well as Paid Memberships Pro, MemberPress and Paid Member Subscriptions.
Premium adds options for rewarding affiliates, setting commissions, handling referrals and managing program activity. Some options are specific to a platform or referral type, such as store credit for WooCommerce and recurring commissions for linked customers or active subscriptions.
Choose how affiliates earn and get paid
- PayPal payouts: Pay affiliates through PayPal from the SliceWP interface.
- WooCommerce store credit: Reward affiliates with credit they can use toward purchases in your store.
- Commission rates: Set custom percentage or fixed commissions for individual affiliates, or custom rates for individual products and subscriptions.
- Affiliate coupons: Associate coupon codes with affiliates and track code-based commissions.
- Multi-level affiliates: Let affiliates recruit sub-affiliates and earn additional commissions on sales referred by those partners.
- Recurring commissions: Link customers to affiliates so those affiliates can earn on future purchases by the linked customers. A separate lifetime commissions option rewards affiliates for recurring orders from active subscriptions.
- Lead commissions: Connect a contact form and reward affiliates when referred visitors submit it.
- Custom conversions: Generate commissions even when you are not using one of SliceWP's available integrations.
Tools for affiliate management
- Landing pages: Link WordPress posts and pages to individual affiliates to create dedicated destinations for their referrals.
- Custom registration fields: Add fields to the affiliate registration form to collect application details.
- Social sharing: Add social media buttons to the affiliate account so partners can share their promotional links there.
- Affiliate start ID: Choose the ID at which new affiliate registrations begin.
- Cross-site tracking: Track referrals from one WordPress site to a main eCommerce WordPress site.
- Reports and data export: Review program metrics and export affiliates, commissions, payments and referred visits to CSV.
- Email marketing integrations: Let affiliates subscribe to Mailchimp, ConvertKit or MailerLite when they register.
Set up and run the program
Install SliceWP, complete its setup wizard and configure the affiliate program. Review or approve applications, publish the automatically created registration, login and account pages, then invite potential partners. Configure the commission and promotional options your program needs, and monitor visits, commissions and reports in WordPress. When payments are ready, prepare payouts and use PayPal or WooCommerce store credit where applicable.
For a WooCommerce store, coupon tracking, product-level commission rates and individual affiliate rates can accommodate different reward rules. PayPal payouts and store credit provide different ways to deliver rewards. Landing pages and custom registration fields address separate parts of partner management: referral destinations and information collected during registration.
