All-in-One Video Gallery Premium helps you organize videos as WordPress posts and present them in searchable galleries. Add videos manually, group them with categories, subcategories, and tags, or bulk import from a CSV file or folder and export your collection. The plugin suits course creators, video bloggers, podcasters, businesses, and other sites that publish or embed video.
How can visitors browse a video library?
Premium adds popup, inline, slider, playlist, and compact gallery templates. Visitors can filter videos by category, tag, or featured status, search by keyword, and sort by date, title, views, likes, dislikes, random order, or custom menu order. AJAX search and filtering update results without a page reload, and numeric pagination supports larger collections.
Place galleries, categories, video players, and search forms with the Shortcode Builder, Gutenberg blocks, or widgets. You can also control which HTML elements appear in a gallery.
Which video sources and playback features are supported?
The custom HTML5 player supports MP4, WebM, OGV, HLS, and MPEG-DASH files, along with embeddable players from YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Rumble, Facebook, and Bunny Stream. It can also use embed code from third-party video-sharing sites. Playback controls include speed and quality selection, volume, picture-in-picture, fullscreen, sharing, embedding, downloading, subtitles, and keyboard hotkeys. Options include autoplay, looping, muted playback, preload, and playsinline behavior.
WebVTT subtitles and captions are supported, with multiple subtitle tracks for self-hosted videos. The player also supports chapter markers and GDPR compatibility. The download control applies to self-hosted or external URL videos whose files are publicly accessible; videos hosted by third-party services cannot be downloaded through it.
How do imports and access rules work?
Premium Video Automations can import from YouTube channels or playlists and from Vimeo, with scheduled imports to fetch new videos. For other workflows, you can add videos manually or use CSV and folder imports.
Set access rules globally or for individual videos. You can allow all visitors, logged-in users, logged-out users, or selected user roles. Premium can show a trailer or teaser to visitors who do not have access. These rules control playback through the plugin; anyone who has the URL of a self-hosted video file can still open that file directly.
What publishing and engagement tools are included?
Premium includes front-end video submission, user playlists and favorites, custom logo and branding options, and a custom context menu. Visitors can like or dislike videos, comment, and share them through Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tumblr, and WhatsApp. VAST and VPAID advertising support is available in the player.
Video SEO features provide Schema.org markup through JSON-LD, and an automatic thumbnail generator helps prepare video presentation. An email collection form can appear before, during, or after playback for lead capture.
