WISDM Product Enquiry Pro adds enquiry and quotation workflows for WooCommerce stores whose customers need to discuss products before ordering. Customers can send one request covering several products, which can help with bulk orders, larger purchases, or comparing items. Pro lets your team manage incoming enquiries and quote requests from the WordPress dashboard.
Choose where enquiry buttons appear
Add an Inquiry or Request a Quote button to product pages and Shop or archive pages. You can set its wording, such as 'Make an Inquiry,' 'Request a Quote,' or 'Quote to Order.' When using a page builder such as Elementor, you can place the button where it fits on the page.
Display controls let you choose whether the Inquiry button, Add to Cart button, and pricing appear. These options can support catalog-style browsing when your store needs it.
Collect details and manage follow-up
Use the form builder to add fields for information relevant to your sales process. A mini-cart enquiry widget lets visitors gather multiple products before sending a request, and customers can send themselves a copy of their enquiry email.
From the dashboard, your team can view and manage enquiries, reply to customers, and create PDF quotations. Records can be filtered and exported to help review buyer demand and recurring product questions.
Send notifications and support product variations
The Pro edition includes WhatsApp integration. The enquiry workflow also supports email notifications, with multiple recipient addresses available for incoming product enquiries or quotations. Messages can include the site name, product name, product URL, customer name, and enquiry message.
Customers can enquire about simple and variable products, including specific variations. They can request a quotation or combine products into one enquiry instead of submitting separate requests.
Optional AI assistant and setup
The base plugin includes one-click access to the optional AI BotKit assistant. It can use site content to answer customer questions, work with WooCommerce products, pages, and posts, capture and qualify leads, and direct complex questions to the enquiry form. The enquiry and quotation features work without the assistant, which has its own privacy terms.
Install and activate WISDM Product Enquiry Pro in your WordPress site. In the plugin settings, configure button display and styling, form fields, notification recipients, and related options. Add the button to a product or Shop page, set its wording and visibility, then prepare the dashboard workflow for responding to requests. The plugin is translation-ready, allowing you to create language files for local-language use. The optional AI BotKit assistant can be configured separately.
