Widgets for Social Photo Feed Pro: WordPress Social Feeds

Social feed widgets for WordPress

Widgets for Social Photo Feed Pro is a WordPress plugin for displaying social media content on a website. Its configurable widgets support multiple feed sources, popup viewing, aggregated content, and post moderation. Instagram feeds are responsive, and the plugin’s widget layouts include grid, list, masonry, and slider options.

The Pro edition suits site owners who want to place selected social posts in different pages or content areas. Each widget has its own configuration, so separate feeds can serve different campaigns, locations, or purposes. That flexibility also means each feed needs to be set up and placed where it belongs.

Instagram accounts and widget layouts

Create an unlimited number of feed widgets. Multiple Instagram accounts can appear together in one feed or in separate feeds, and multiple Instagram feeds can appear on the same page or across the site. Choose from multiple templates and adjust the available presentation options to suit the website.

A popup lets visitors view photos and videos on the site. Widgets can include a header and a Follow on Instagram button, and a Load More button can load additional Instagram photos.

Other platforms and combined feeds

Alongside Instagram, the plugin supports feeds from Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google posts, Pinterest, Vimeo, and X (Twitter). Aggregated widgets combine content from multiple platforms in one presentation. Use a combined feed for a shared social content area, or configure separate widgets when the site needs distinct feeds.

Feed configuration and moderation

Use the widget configurator to choose sources and adjust the available presentation options. Post moderation lets administrators include or exclude posts by hashtag and manually select posts for approval or removal. These controls help curate the content shown in a brand, product, or campaign area.

Installation and setup

  1. Install and activate the plugin in WordPress.
  2. Connect an Instagram account during onboarding.
  3. Create a widget in the configurator, choose source accounts or platforms, set its presentation options, and save it to obtain its code.
  4. Add the provided shortcode to the page or area where the feed should appear.

For additional feeds, repeat the widget setup and place each shortcode in its intended location.
