The interactive Gantt chart lays out tasks on a project timeline. Adjust start and end dates, map task dependencies, and view subtasks in relation to the wider project. The timeline can support milestone tracking and longer delivery schedules, including work shared by remote teams.
Use tracked time for project billing
Users can start, stop, or pause a timer on a task. Review recorded time as the total spent per project for effort tracking, client billing, or performance monitoring. Project Manager Pro can generate invoices from tracked time and project details, and invoices can be marked as paid.
Set up the workflow
- Install Project Manager Pro as a WordPress plugin and configure projects, users, roles, and permissions.
- Create or organize projects, assign tasks, and choose which participants need frontend access.
- For visual task planning, create Kanban boards and add the relevant tasks. For scheduled work, enter dates and dependencies in the Gantt chart.
