Move user and customer records in batches
Export and Import Users and Customers Premium transfers WordPress users and WooCommerce customers between sites. Use it for migrations, downloadable backups, spreadsheet editing, or bulk updates. It supports CSV, XML, XLS, and XLSX files, with batch processing for larger data sets.
For imports, map fields before running
Prepare a structured file with correctly labeled columns, then map each column to its corresponding WordPress user field. Field mapping and transformation tools help match incoming data to the expected fields and adjust values. Evaluation fields can apply dynamic changes to user data in bulk.
Choose whether to update or skip users who already exist. An option to retain existing passwords lets imported users continue using their passwords after a site move. You can also choose whether to send import emails to users. CSV files can be created or edited in Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, or Google Sheets; save them with UTF-8 encoding.
For exports, select the records and fields
Filter exports by one or more user roles, email address, or the date users were added. Offset and limit values, guest customers, and ascending or descending sort order provide further control. Search by username or email, with suggestions for email addresses and names in export fields.
Choose and transform the output fields, including custom and hidden user meta. Guest exports can include WooCommerce customers who bought products without creating accounts. The plugin can also export users from each sub-site in a WordPress multisite network.
Other import and export options
In addition to local files, imports can use a URL or Google Sheets. Premium supports scheduled transfers to and from a remote server over FTP using Cron. Compatibility includes BuddyPress, ACF, Ultimate Member, and other third-party plugins. WPML is supported for multilingual stores.
