Connector for Gravity Forms and Google Sheets Premium sends form submissions to a selected Google Sheet through a configured feed. It connects accounts using OAuth 2.0, and you can connect multiple Google Sheets destinations.
Choose where form data goes
Create a feed for a form, select its destination sheet, and map Gravity Forms fields to the columns where their values should appear. Premium supports unlimited feeds, phone number fields, and sending attachments to Google Sheets.
A feed can send every entry or filter entries by information submitted in the form. For example, you can configure it to send only entries with a work email address. Entries can transfer automatically on submission, or you can send them manually when you need to resend or selectively transfer one.
Review delivery and capture more data
The logs show whether entries were sent to Google Sheets. Review an entry’s status and resend it when needed.
When someone submits a contact form, Premium can track GCLID, UTM parameters, and geolocation. It also supports looking up a customer’s email address or phone number through popular lookup services. The Premium version includes 20 or more premium add-ons that extend the available integration options.
The connector can also save Gravity Forms entries to Google Docs or Google Drive through the Google Sheets mapping process.
