Appointment booking for WordPress
BookIt Pro adds optional features to BookIt, a WordPress appointment calendar for services, staff schedules, and available time slots. Visitors can choose a service and staff member, select a time, and submit a booking. An account is only required if you enable registered-user bookings.
Set each service’s duration and price, assign staff, and configure working days and hours. BookIt prevents double-booking and shows availability in daily, weekly, or monthly views. You can create multiple calendars, then manage appointments and email notifications from the WordPress dashboard. Notification templates are editable in the plugin settings.
What the Pro add-ons add
Pro add-ons extend the booking workflow with WooCommerce checkout, Google Calendar synchronization, drag-and-drop custom fields, and additional payment methods such as PayPal. WooCommerce lets customers complete checkout through your store. Custom fields let you collect extra information on the booking form.
The base BookIt plugin also supports optional Stripe payments, while Pro payment and integration features depend on the add-ons you enable.
Place booking calendars on pages
Add a calendar to a page with its generated shortcode or use a widget for Elementor or WPBakery. Separate calendars can present different services or booking forms across your site.
